Profile menu enhancements in global navigation

We’ve made the profile menu in global navigation more specific to your actions so it’s simpler and helps you get where you need to go faster. This update keeps the menu focused on the options that matter most for your workflow.

🚀 What’s new

  • The profile menu now puts relevant actions front and center, like viewing your profile, repositories, and enterprises.
  • You can set your status and use single sign-on (SSO) directly from the top of the menu.
  • Quick links for appearance and accessibility settings are now easier to find so you can personalize your experience.
  • We’ve removed links that aren’t tied to user actions so the menu is easier to scan and use.
