New Sort by control added to Notifications

A new “Sort by” control appears on the Notifications page, with two options: Newest to oldest (which matches the previous behavior) and Oldest to newest. The selected sort order applies across every view and it persists across sessions.

When notifications are grouped by repository, sorting affects the order of groups themselves and the order of items within each group. This means you can work through your backlog methodically, without having to navigate to the last page and work backwards to find your oldest notifications.
