Actions workflows are limited to 50 reruns

Actions workflows are now limited to 50 reruns. Going forward, if you attempt to rerun a given workflow more than 50 times, you will get a failed check suite with an annotation indicating you have hit the limit. This limit includes both full re-runs and re-runs of a subset of jobs.

We have added this limit in response to some automations that attempt hundreds of retries on a given workflow, adding additional load to the system. To learn more about limits within GitHub Actions, please read our Actions limits docs page.
