GitHub now supports social login with Apple

GitHub now offers social login with Apple, simplifying sign-ups for our iOS developers.

We previously launched social login with Google, and we’re now extending that for Apple.

You can create a new GitHub account using your Apple or Google credentials in just a few clicks. Or link your trusted social login email with your existing GitHub accounts, securing them further by eliminating the need to create and manage a separate GitHub password. For enhanced security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and adding a passkey or a password for account recovery.

Create your free GitHub account using your trusted Apple identity and start coding with Copilot today!
