Assign Azure Boards work items to Copilot coding agent in public preview

Copilot coding agent is our asynchronous, autonomous developer agent. Delegate a task to Copilot, and Copilot will work in the background and create a draft pull request for your review.

You can hand tasks to Copilot from many places including GitHub Issues, Copilot Chat, the agents panel on every page on GitHub, and Raycast.

If you use Azure Boards for planning and tracking and store your code in GitHub, you can now assign work items to Copilot and track progress directly from Azure Boards.
