Deprecated Llama models in GitHub Models

The following models are now deprecated in GitHub Models. Please transition to the suggested versions to continue using the improved models with enhanced features:

• Meta-Llama-3-70B-Instruct users should transition to Llama-3.3-70B-Instruct.
• Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct users should transition to Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct.
• Meta-Llama-3.1-70B-Instruct users should transition to Llama-3.3-70B-Instruct.
