Timeline entries for blocking users

A publicly visible timeline entry will be created on an issue or pull request if an Organization owner chooses to notify a user that they have been blocked. Timeline entries will include the organization name, the name of the blocked user, and the duration of the block.

For more information, see blocking a user in a comment.
