TLS 1.3 rollout on GitHub.com

Last week we have gradually rolled out TLS 1.3 support on GitHub.com. We’re already seeing that around 30% of browser traffic moved to the latest version. The new version of TLS is faster and more secure and deploying it is part of our continued effort to provide a fast and secure GitHub.
